What is CliqMenu?

CliqMenu is a SaaS digital ordering platform built for food trucks, restaurants, and retail shops in Australia and New Zealand. It gives you everything you need to accept orders digitally — from a customisable menu to QR-code ordering — without handing over a cut of every sale to a third-party aggregator.

Why CliqMenu?

The Three Apps

CliqMenu is made up of three connected apps, each designed for a different role in your business:

BMS — Business Management System (Web Portal)

This is your control centre. As the business owner, you use BMS to set up your profile, build your menu, manage locations, configure payment options, invite staff, and view reports. You access it from any web browser at bms.cliqmenu.com.

OMS — Order Management System (Mobile App)

Your staff use OMS on a phone or tablet to receive and manage incoming orders in real time. Order managers see new orders as they arrive and can update their status. Kitchen staff see what needs to be prepared. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

FOS — Front of Store (Web App for Customers)

This is what your customers see. They scan a QR code at your location, and your menu loads instantly in their browser — no app download required. They browse, customise, and place their order right from their phone.
